The retreat is hosted in Luxor, Egypt—home to some of the world’s most powerful spiritual sites, including the Isis Temple in Dendera, Hatshepsut Temple, the Temple of Hathor, and more. Activities take place in serene, culturally significant locations that support reflection and transformation.
Absolutely. Many participants attend alone and find the retreat community warm, supportive, and welcoming. The shared experience often leads to meaningful connections and lifelong friendships.
Most activities are gentle and accessible. Some excursions involve walking through temples, tombs, or natural landscapes, but all movement is paced with care. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and rest when needed.

Please note that Egypt is an Islamic country and is therefore generally conservative. Modest clothing is respectful and recommended, especially when visiting sacred or public sites. We recommend bringing comfortable, modest clothing that is still suitable for warm weather, walking shoes, a hat or scarf for sun protection, and a reusable water bottle.

Yes. Accommodations are provided in peaceful, culturally rich settings that support rest and reflection. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and designed to enhance your retreat experience.
Meals are provided by retreat accommodations and prepared to high standards. Drink bottled water and be cautious with street food if you have a sensitive stomach. Depending on the package, you will receive nourishing meals daily plus snacks and refreshments throughout your stay.

Travelers coming from North America do not require a visa for Egypt. However, other international travelers may need to do further research. We recommend checking with your local embassy in advance of your trip.
